In the spring of 2018, Microsoft added a whole slew of exciting new capabilities to Dynamics 365 for Marketing. A new marketing menu called a site map (See Figure 9-1) lets you navigate to previous features such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities but also gives you access to lots of new selections, including:
- Lead Scoring Models
- Customer Journeys
- Marketing Emails
- Marketing Pages, Forms, and Websites
- Segments
