FactBox subpages are typically used to present some additional information related to the main entity shown on the page. Usually, information that does not directly affect the order, but is nice to know, is placed here. For example, when you create a sales order, a customer FactBox contains information about the current customer balance, available credit limit, and contact details. Another FactBox will detail item availability in the selected location.
