1.6. Die Datentabelle einsetzen
Wenn Sie eine Formel mit verschiedenen Werten durchrechnen wollen, bietet sich hierfür die Verwendung der Datentabelle (in früheren Versionen Mehrfachoperation genannt) an. Voraussetzung hierfür ist eine Formel mit wenigstens einem Bezug auf eine Zelle. Den aktuellen Wert dieser Zelle können Sie mit der Datentabelle durch eine Reihe von Werten ersetzen, die Sie entweder
in einer Spalte untereinander
in einer Zeile nebeneinander anordnen.
Um eine Liste der Bundesländer unter Verwendung einer Datentabelle zu erstellen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Tragen Sie zunächst die folgende Arrayformel in die Zelle C5 ein und schließen Sie die Eingabe mit der Tastenkombination ab:
=INDEX(Tabelle1!C3:C32;KGRÖSSTE(((VERGLEICH(Tabelle1!$C$3:$C$32;Tabelle1!$C$3:$C$32;0)) ...
