Microsoft Outlook 2013 gives you several ways to manage your Outlook items and folders, including organizing items in categories, creating and using folders to store items, and using the Mailbox Cleanup tool.
Outlook’s abilities to help you manage message threads (conversations) have improved, as well. You can group messages into conversations so that you can view all messages in the thread, regardless of the folder in which they’re stored. You can also use some new cleanup features to eliminate duplicate messages from a conversation.
