Using the Report Command

Access 2010 includes a quick create Report command that makes it easy for you to quickly create quality reports. Similar to the quick create form commands, the Report command is a one-step process—you’re not presented with any options or dialog boxes; Access simply creates a generic report with one click. You can use either a table or query as the base for the report. We’ll create two quick reports to illustrate this process using the ContactsDataCopy.accdb sample database.
