Chapter 18. Working with Printers

In this chapter, you’ll look at using Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) to monitor and manage printers. In the enterprise network, printers—by virtue of being mechanical devices often located in remote places—are frequently labor-intensive machines.
