I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Asset Intelligence (AI) provides enhanced collection of data from client systems, adding value in the following three areas:
- Hardware Information:This collects additional information such as primary computer user (mostly the logged-in user), shared computers, detailed USB device information
- Software Information: This collects additional information such as Internet browser helper objects (Adobe, Java, and more), autostart software, categorized software information to improve software and license management
- Licensing Information:This identifies Windows operating systems that are near expiration, verifies the Key Management Services (KMS) server, Microsoft volume licensing reconciliation report
