Integrating Asset Intelligence

Asset Intelligence (AI) provides enhanced collection of data from client systems, adding value in the following three areas:

  • Hardware Information:This collects additional information such as primary computer user (mostly the logged-in user), shared computers, detailed USB device information
  • Software Information: This collects additional information such as Internet browser helper objects (Adobe, Java, and more), autostart software, categorized software information to improve software and license management
  • Licensing Information:This identifies Windows operating systems that are near expiration, verifies the Key Management Services (KMS) server, Microsoft volume licensing reconciliation report
