I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

11.1 Systems and Roadmaps
From an operator view, MIMO allows some expectations, especially for: increasing the throughput for inner-cell users thanks to the spatial multiplexing technique, increasing the throughput at the cell-edge by using beamforming or increasing: the cell coverage, the terminal/base station performance through generalization of using advanced receiver schemes and the robustness of control channels reception, among others. So, all these nice features will allow a better experience for the customers and a better capacity for the operators. This section aims at mainly focusing on the MIMO aspects for both radio mobile systems such as 3GPP/LTE and IEEE802.16m (WiMAX). ...
