In this prescriptive part of the book, I use two examples addressing a similar complex problem to show the framework of Move to the Edge, Declare It Center in action. These examples will exhibit greater detail about how different Exterior and Interior practices are used by Truss and by West Paw to address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and show how using different tools at different stages helps generate sustainable systemic change.
