Multiculturalism has become a very important topic of inquiry for academicians, practitioners, and public policymakers alike around the world. From an academic perspective, our accreditation body in the USA—American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business Administration (AACSB)—is forcefully pushing cultural plurality into business curriculum where accredited schools of business are developing culturally focused as well as culturally enhanced courses in business.
