I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Bookmarks
With a paper book, it's easy to stuff multiple bookmarks in various places in a book so you can find certain pages again. With an ebook, you can't stuff a piece of paper in between its pages, but you can place multiple bookmarks on a page.
Creating a Bookmark
To create a bookmark, follow these steps:
While reading an ebook in iBooks, open to a page that you want to bookmark.
Hold your finger on a word on the page you want to bookmark until a magnifying glass appears. You can also bookmark a heading or entire sentence if you prefer—if you're studying for a class, you may want to use the bookmark feature as a highlighting tool.
Lift your finger off the screen. A Dictionary, Bookmark, and Search menu appears over your chosen word, as shown ...
