So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Beautiful light is all around you, shaping and adding color to everything your eyes can see. There are soft shadows and harsh shadows, and colors of reds and blues. Oh, abundant light is everywhere!
In this chapter I’ll walk you through learning how to find beautiful, natural window light and how to use it to your benefit. I’ll also explain the basics of understanding exposure and the wonders of the histogram. You’ll discover what it means to expose to the right (ETTR) and how to use white balance tools to your advantage.
