This attribute is used to indicate that the member to which it is applied should be serialized as an XML attribute. The AttributeName element holds the name of the attribute, the DataType property holds the XML Schema datatype of the attribute, and the Form property holds the System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaForm of the attribute name.
