It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

セッション終了時にそのセッションで起動されたすべてのアプリケーションに送

HUP
（ハングアップ）シグナルを無視します。またアンパサンドを使うと、アプリケー
ションはバックグラウンドで動作します。これらを使用することで、アプリケーションを動作させ
たまま、リモートサーバとの
ssh
