BUILDING TRUST AND ENGAGEMENT
This second group of designs will provide a variety of options for building trust and increasing a team’s or organization’s engagement. Some of them are fun, some are arduous but rewarding, but all of them will move the team or organization forward in a meaningful way. Two of the designs (Kings, Queens, and Fairy Tales and The News Conference) can be used with teams where very little trust exists, and therefore can be applied to pretty much any group the facilitator may encounter. The other two designs (Genie in the Bottle and The 7 in 7) require teams that already have a good level of trust, so you will need to factor that in when deciding whether to employ it in a meeting.
