After decades as consultants, teachers, and facilitators, we continue to see the need to provide leaders with tools, skills, and strategies for building more effective teams and organizations. Twenty years ago, Rod wrote the first of four books dedicated to translating strategic “designs” into a language accessible to leaders, managers, and particularly facilitators.
