So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

W Rozdział 2. omówiono sposoby znajdowania rzeczy blisko ze sobą powiązanych. Na przykład możliwe jest znalezienie kogoś, kto ma podobne gusta filmowe. W bieżącym rozdziale zostały rozwinięte te pomysły i wprowadzono pojęcie grupowania danych, czyli metodę wykrywania i wizualizacji grup rzeczy, osób lub pomysłów, które są ze sobą blisko powiązane. Wyjaśniono także, jak przygotować dane z różnych źródeł, omówiono dwa odmienne algorytmy grupowania, a także podano dodatkowe informacje o miarach odległości i zamieszczono prosty kod wizualizacji służący do wyświetlania wygenerowanych grup oraz metod prezentowania bardzo złożonych zbiorów danych w dwóch wymiarach.
