It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Migrating to the Exadata Cloud Service
In this chapter, you’ll see explanations for and examples of some common migration methods for moving your databases to the Exadata Cloud Service. Depending on what you are moving, some methods may be more appropriate than others, so be sure to evaluate the tools and their strengths when planning your migration. Some methods covered here are good for entire database migration, while others work not only for full databases but for schemas and tablespaces as well.
