Expense report processing is broken down into four main steps: entering expense reports, management approval, auditing, and exporting to Payables for payment.

High-Level Overview of Expense Report Processing

Before providing the details of how to process expense reports, it is good to understand the highlevel steps that take place, as shown in the following illustration.
