So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When I’m solving tricky tuning problems, I’m often reminded of the story of the alien who came to earth to try his hand at driving. He’d read all about it and knew the physics involved in the engine. It sounded like fun. He sat down in the driver’s seat and turned the ignition; the engine ticked over nicely, and the electrics were on.
