At this point, I am confident that you understand how important links are to your website’s rankings. Now it’s time to show you how to actually acquire them. The easiest way to get a link on another website is to ask a webmaster—by email, phone, smoke signal, or whatever—to place a link on their website that points to your website. They will probably know how to do it, but if not, they can always ask whoever handles their web development. It should take about two minutes for someone to decide whether there is room to place a link on their website and then publish it there.
