Abstract:
Networking is at the heart of good business. Evaluating on a regular basis the connections of relationships you have acquired and what value to place on them is an important business skill. In knowledge terms we can value the strength of ties associated with the network, and may wish to evaluate the trust built up within these networks. Reflective practice is a tool to be used, and is at the heart of good management development and leads to continuous improvement and lessons learnt.
