I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Nowhere are there more cool ideas than in widespread media like TV, movies, and the Internet. I am especially partial to movie posters because they encompass so many things—photography, design, typography, color, balance, temperature, and so on, all come together in harmony to invoke a feeling of curiosity and wonder. Even the mere act of recreating an existing effect can arm you with creative problem-solving skills that you can bring into your own projects. So, if you are ever stuck, go look at some movie posters or watch movie trailers. They have never failed me.
