I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Das Tier auf dem Cover von PHP Design Patterns ist eine Singdrossel (Turdus philomelos). Die Singdrossel gehört zu den Singvögeln (Passeri), die alle wegen ihrer besonderen Kehlkopfmembranen ausgezeichnete Sänger sind. Wie alle Drosseln ist die Singdrossel von mittlerer Größe und mit ca. 23 Zentimetern etwas kleiner als die allseits bekannte Amsel (Schwarzdrossel). Das Gefieder ist auf der Oberseite unauffällig olivbraun bis sandfarben, doch die Unterseite besticht durch ein ausgeprägtes dunkles Tropfenmuster auf hellem Untergrund. Die Flügelunterseite ist ockerfarben.
Singdrosseln leben in Wäldern, Parks, Gehölzen und Gärten und sind in ganz Europa weit verbreitet. Sie suchen ihre Nahrung, die aus Regenwürmern, Insekten, Beeren und Schnecken ...
