Chapter 16. Presentation Output

Once you've completed your presentation, you can output it in several ways: to the screen (in the form of a slide show), to a printer (on paper or on overhead transparencies), or to a file (to produce 35mm slides or high-resolution output). While Chapter 15 covered running a slide show, this chapter covers sending a presentation to a printer or file. You can also create Web pages out of your presentation; this topic is covered in Chapter 17.

The Print dialog box ( Figure 16.1 ), used for outputting to a printer or file, allows you to select what to print: slides, handouts, speaker notes, or an outline of the presentation. These four types of output are covered in this chapter.
