When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The future of Rust programming
Rust is good at large-scale maintainable systems and is easy to embed in other languages. While Rust is still maturing, there are already many projects that use it. For example, Redox is an operating system written in Rust; Iron is a concurrent web framework written in Rust; and Microsoft Azure IoT Edge, a platform used to run Azure services and artificial intelligence on IoT devices, has components that are implemented in Rust as well. Other projects developed in Rust include Servo Mozilla's parallel web browser engine, which was developed in collaboration with Samsung and Quantum. This project, composed of several sub-projects, improves the Gecko web browser engine of Firefox, which was developed by Mozilla. ...
