I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Centralized log management
In a distributed environment, centralized log management is a critical component. Otherwise, it is impossible to troubleshoot complex problems. These days, environments are becoming increasingly complex, which is why the DaaS providers market is rapidly expanding. It is important to consider whether you would like to setup your own logging system or whether you would like to go with a DaaS provider.
There are many centralized logging providers on the market, such as Splunk, Logentries, Loggly, Sumologic, or Datadog. It is also important to mention ELK Stack, as this is open source and very popular. We refer to the following terms while talking about the logging management world:
