El capítulo 1 te proporcionó los antecedentes para el resto de este libro: la nube, serverless, AWS, y una introducción a qué es Lambda, cómo funciona y para qué se puede utilizar. Pero éste es un libro práctico, para gente práctica, así que en este capítulo vamos a arremangarnos e implementar algunas funciones de trabajo en la nube.

Empezaremos por familiarizarte un poco más con la consola de AWS, y luego desplegaremos y ejecutaremos nuestra primera función Lambda. Después prepararemos un entorno de desarrollo local y, por último, crearemos e implementaremos en Lambda una función desarrollada localmente.

Guía rápida de la consola de AWS

Los dos primeros ejercicios del Capítulo 1 implicaban adquirir las credenciales de AWS y luego iniciar sesión en la Consola Web de AWS. Si aún no lo has hecho, deberías hacerlo ahora.
