Part III. Unified Communications Managed API Workflow

Part III covers the Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) Workflow API, as shown in the following figure. The UCMA Workflow API provides specialized Windows Workflow activities to help you quickly build instant messaging and voice-based workflow applications using the visual designer in Visual Studio. Because of the abstraction provided by the UCMA Workflow API, you do not have to work with the more complex underlying UCMA for large portions of your application.
