Humans usually learn things starting from local fragments, and gradually integrating them to form a global picture. On viewing an object from different abstraction levels, or different angles, they integrate the fragmentary and one-sided observations into systematic and overall understanding. This process is called information synthesis. Thus, information synthesis is the integration of information from different grain-size worlds.
