So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Tools & Materials
Colored-pencil artwork is affordable to create and requires only a few supplies. However, I strongly recommend that you purchase the best-quality materials possible. This is particularly important with pencils and paper. Invest in the good stuff, and your artwork will last for many years after you create it.

To create beautiful pieces of art, I recommend purchasing professional-grade colored pencils. These are a step up from student-grade pencils.
