I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Making Adjustments Before I start my drawing, I have to check my reference photo. The camera lens distorts, especially when a wide angle like this one is used. I adjust the vertical lines in my drawing accordingly.
Step 1 This old Italian town is filled with textural detail, so it’s important that I take some time to decide which details I want to emphasize and which I want to take out. For example, I decide to leave out the cars, the flowers on the ground, the wires above the buildings, and the tables and chairs underneath the umbrella. ...
