Abstract
HealthMudra is an algorithm coined as recommender system designed to generate protocol to prevent diabetes, most challenging disease in healthcare sector. HealthMudra is based on block chain technology embedded with suitable machine learning algorithms and optimization process. Recommendations are used by filtering. Prevention of diabetes be possible by reducing symptoms as prescribed by doctors. Information available to reduce symptoms of diabetes originated from large number of doctors can be stored in decentralized database named as Blockchain. Usage of blockchain helps patients to become true owners of their medical history. Similar to schema, patients can sign off transactions using their unique identification code in form of local keys and authorized access to history of data to users or researchers in field of machine learning/artificial intelligence and medical practitioners. HealthMudra being dynamical unstructured database has an incentive system that tracks all sorts of lifestyles of patient. HealthMudra provides risk assessment methodology on basis of epidemiological ...
