I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

W tej książce dużo uwagi poświęcam temu, by kod był łatwiejszy do odczytania, czy to przez uważne ukrywanie zachowania kodu za dodatkowymi abstrakcjami, wybieranie dobrych nazw dla jego różnych elementów, czy też wybór podejścia, które będzie możliwie jak najprostsze do wykonania. Pisanie kodu, który jest łatwy do odczytania, sprawia, że wszystko inne idzie gładko, ponieważ wszyscy spędzamy dużo więcej czasu na czytaniu i debugowaniu kodu niż na jego pisaniu. Kiedy debugujesz kod, o wiele łatwiej jest określić, co w nim jest nie tak, gdy możesz w szybki sposób zrozumieć, co trzeba osiągnąć.
