I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Całkowicie zgadzam się z przesłaniem poprzedniego rozdziału — pierwszą lekcją optymalizacji faktycznie jest „nie optymalizuj”. Jednakże! Ten dobitnie wyrażony punkt widzenia, samotny wśród wielu innych dobitnie wyrażonych punktów widzenia przedstawionych w tej książce, wywołał natychmiastową reakcję ze strony dużej grupy moich kolegów z zespołu w Sucker Punch.
Należy wysłuchać ich dobrze uzasadnionych zastrzeżeń! Przedstawiam teraz odmienne punkty widzenia w formie hipotetycznego sokratejskiego dialogu pomiędzy mną a wieloma oponentami, których dla celów dramatycznych połączyłem w jedną postać.
