So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
Our everyday lives are already more integrated with wearable technology, and soon our bodies will follow suit. The inevitable, substantial rise in the population of older persons has increased the need for personal-health monitoring and illness prevention. The cost of detecting, preventing illnesses, and saving patient lives can be significantly decreased by the technologies with 5G in wearables and healthcare. In this research, 5G technologies for wearable technology and healthcare are reviewed. Wearables and 5G might be cutting-edge healthcare solutions. This study examined the advantages of 5G technologies, which are used in wearable technology and healthcare. It has the ability to directly influence clinical judgement. The monitoring of ongoing human physical activity and patient rehabilitation outside of hospitals might both be facilitated by this technology.
