Discussion
In this section, we present some of the key insights gained from the study and how they offer us new knowledge pertaining to the research questions we set out to explore. In all cases, we found that interviewees experienced some challenge in expressing the impact of their personal values and emotions in informing what they did and their decision making. This might be because of the technical nature of the project, the technical background of the participants, their personal attributes, and even their gender, or a combination of these factors to different extents.
