Jessica Pryce-Jones: Jessica is joint CEO of the iOpener Institute for People and Performance, an international consultancy headquartered in Oxford, UK. iOpener helps organisations achieve their strategic and commercial goals by maximising the performance, productivity and happiness of business-critical employees.
Over the past 10 years, iOpener has delivered 15,000 workshops, and Jessica has designed most of them. She knows that great meetings and workshops deliver focus, energy and results; changing them for the better makes an enormous difference to morale and output.
A frequent media commentator and keynote speaker, Jessica leads sessions for multinationals and world-leading business schools. Using her background in psychology and financial services, she is working on her next book about leadership in collaboration with Julia.
Julia Lindsay: Julia is joint CEO of the iOpener Institute for People and Performance. Her professional training as an accountant leads her to believe that the best measure of business success is delivering both numbers and objectives.
