The LTE Galaxy Tab has a phone number. It's not a dial-up phone number; your cellular provider merely uses the number to bill you. So as far as phone calls are concerned, you're as out-of-luck as owners of the Wi-Fi-only tablets. That's no cause for despair, however, because your Galactic tablet is more than capable of placing — and receiving — phone calls. All you need are the proper apps, which also provide tools for text chat, video chat, and even text messaging.
