It’s frustrating. I get it. Your CEO just forwarded another link to an article showing that 80% of code can be generated and that you should either fire most of your team or be delivering against the roadmap at breakneck speed.
The CFO emailed you a link to a company offering to generate all of your tests and asked why you still need to pay for a QA team. They also sent you a link to a company that provides DevOps agents and asked if you really need so much budget for headcount in platform next year. Then your CMO texted you an interview with the CEO of a competitor announcing their new AI product and asked what it would take for you to ship something better.
Take a breath. Maybe another one. OK. The bad news is, this is incredibly frustrating.
