Chapter 4. What’s Your Plan?

Once you’ve picked a lane, you need to ensure that your plan is consistent with your positioning. In this chapter, I start by outlining the key stakeholders to align with and then propose some thoughts for thinking about delivering practical plans for tool approval, hiring, setting the tone and change management/enablement whether you’re planning to be an innovator, early adopter, or an early or late majority adopter of AI in the SDLC.

In addition to picking a lane, it’s also important to align tactically with your stakeholders to ensure that your strategy is supported by your tactical plan. Key stakeholders include:
