Preface

When Jeff Sutherland taught his Certified Scrum Master course, I was most impressed by how he answered all questions: by giving an example of a team somewhere that had the same problem, and solved it in this or that way. I think Scrum should be taught that way: by example. There may be a lot of theory as to how to have people work together on large and difficult work; but it requires a lot of practice.
