I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
To get the most out of this book
Readers should be familiar with Java, Maven, Git, and Unix/Mac terminal or the Windows Command Prompt. To work with the JavaScript recipes you also need to be familiar with JavaScript. Additional links are provided within the See more section of the recipes to explain the prerequisite technologies. To make best use of the book you should first read the book from beginning until the end, at least once. After this, or along with reading the book, you may execute the code provided within the code files following the directions given within the book, and within the repository's readme files.
