So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The stage manager's role in the audition process will vary depending on the production and the theatre company. Sometimes, there is no stage manager on contract yet so the producers and artistic directors set up and take care of many of the details for auditions.
