Beyond the big changes, many apps in iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 received smaller tweaks or modest new features. This chapter covers those miscellaneous changes.
Camera
The Camera app sprouted so many buttons and options that it had become difficult to navigate or find where some features were hidden. A redesign puts the simplest foot forward with two buttons at the bottom: Video and Photo. Touch and hold either button to reveal the full array of alternatives, like Cinematic and Portrait (Figure 44).
