Chapter 4: Using the AppExchange

Salesforce customers can install add-on applications from the AppExchange, a marketplace that has been available since 2005 and that offers more than 1,700 apps created by more than 450 partners. Any partner can publish an app and sell it, or give it away for free. Customers can also use the AppExchange to find developers and consultants for custom projects.
