So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Acme Evaluation Associates (AEA) is pleased to submit the following evaluation design for the XYZ Training Project. In general, the AEA will complete the following tasks:
- Participate in the development of project record-keeping forms to assure that data are collected in a manner that will provide information usable in the evaluation design.
- Structure and conduct surveys of instructors, administrators, and trainees to collect information on their perceptions about project impact and effectiveness.
