So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As September 2020 marked the twenty-year anniversary of the Olympics, I took some time to reflect on the show and explore the changes to our industry. As would be expected, many things have improved, but also many have remained the same.
