FYI ON BS ABBREVIATIONS

EQ, FAQ, and MO are a few of the BS abbreviations we define in this book. That list is growing, thanks to the popularity of texting and instant messaging in business. For example, BTW (by the way), IMHO (in my humble opinion), and BRB (be right back) are often found in today’s business communications. Let’s look at some other common ones.¹
