So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you study the area of language long enough (and we think writing this book earns us an opinion) one of the fascinating things about business speak is the creativity that has gone into coining some of the terms (yak shaving, for example) or the history involved (such as running amok).
